Set within the county of Bedfordshire, the charming town of Leighton Buzzard lies near to the county boundary between Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, on the Grand Union Canal, the town has a populace close to 37,000 and a heritage extending back to the Roman period, at which time the historical Watling St (now the A-5) passed by the town.
