Based in the county of Beds in the East of England, the market town of Leighton Buzzard is near the border in between Bedfordshire and Bucks, on the banks of the Grand Union Canal, it has a resident population of about thirty seven thousand and a history going back to Roman times, when the Roman built A5 (then known as Watling Street) passed the town.
